BIM Modeling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Revit Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with high-definition laser scan data to generate accurate 3D BIM models.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing building information models, collaborating with architectural and MEP teams, and producing construction drawings. Additional tasks include coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring model accuracy, and adherence to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex BIM models using Revit
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Produce high-quality construction drawings and documents
- Ensure model accuracy and quality through rigorous testing and validation
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling using Revit
- Proficiency in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
