Experienced Revit Specialist Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revit specialist to lead our team in delivering high-quality BIM models and drawings that meet the project's workflow criteria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all productions are completed on schedule or in a timely manner, reporting regularly to the Principal Revit Technician/Team Lead on work progress, and implementing Quality Control. They will also collaborate with other disciplines regarding design changes and model updates, adhere to BIM content standards and development procedures, set up Seed and Model Templates, create shared parameters and families, develop discipline-specific model content, publish drawing sets to the cloud for professional review and mark-up, prepare discipline models/content for BIM coordination meetings, and export NWC/IFC and other formats for internal/external collaboration.

Key responsibilities include ensuring models and drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and project workflow criteria/checklist, cleaning up and synchronizing models/drawings daily to the cloud collaboration platform, and participating in the Company's SHEQ initiatives within scope of duties.

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling for large-scale property-building and infrastructure projects using Revit. You will also require software proficiencies in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, ProjectWise, and ability to work collaboratively on a cloud CDE, work independently or under minimal supervision, effectively communicate with key design stakeholders, track and manage workflows and delivery timelines, and have Dynamo automation knowledge as an added advantage.

Preferred skills include experience working on overseas projects like Metro, Rail, Stations, Tunnel, Viaduct, Buildings, data center, Plant buildings, and relevant software training certificates, including Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit, AutoCAD. A degree in Civil Engineering or associated domains in Construction/Design Engineering is also required, and membership of a professional organization is preferred.
