Leadership Opportunity in Financial Strategy and Operations

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present monthly and year-end financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement financial planning strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Lead the accounting team in accounts payable, payroll, journal entries, and cash management.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to drive finance function growth and support global operations.
  • Oversee the year-end audit process, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and practices.
  • Promote best practices and harmonized processes across regions.
  • Support planning initiatives through financial analysis and information reporting.
  • Maintain effective internal controls and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant certification.
  • A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in multi-site and international operations management.

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
