As a key member of the finance department, you will oversee global process improvement initiatives, focusing on standardization, simplification, and automation of transactional activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of efficient transactional processes across the organization.
  • Oversee service delivery across departments, ensuring consistent service delivery from shared service providers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify value-add opportunities and implement effective end-to-end solutions.
Accountabilities and Key Activities:
  1. Ensure adherence to Global Procedures and Operating Methodologies (GPOM) in the transactional area, refining GPOM as needed.
  2. Maintain expertise in procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, including SAP experience at the transactional level, to guide service providers in improving efficiency.
  3. Analyze Vendor-Managed Inventory Systems (VDMS) and vendor management, focusing on improvements in vendor-related metrics.
  4. Identify opportunities to simplify operational processes and automate them using robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
  5. Review and revise global standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with improved processes and practices.
  6. Ensure consistent levels of service delivery by engaging with teams in service and reviewing key performance metrics established with service providers.
  7. Develop and update Risk and Control matrices (RACM), resolve audit findings, and support internal and external audit teams.
  8. Provide guidance to teams through standardized processes and controls, monitoring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  9. Plan and conduct reviews on financial and operational aspects, identifying control deficiencies and suggesting improvements.

This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in Financial Accounting, and expertise in SAP finance modules and advanced MS Excel.
