Project Excellence Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver value alignment and agreement management for projects and assigned portfolios.
  • Facilitate approvals for commercial aspects of deal shaping, including pricing structure, contract risk profile, taxation, and guarantees.
  • Review payment terms and acceptance criteria, attending pre-bid queries and meetings.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to negotiate terms and conditions and ensure effective execution.
  • Interface with client engagement leads, senior managers, finance, HR, controllership, and legal teams.
  • Post-agreement signature ownership and management of agreements.
  • Manage changes to agreements due to enhanced or reduced scope.
  • Optimize commercial levers, manage client relationships, and proactively manage risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program control services.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in program control services.
  • Good to have experience in agreement management.
  • Candidates should be from presales background with preferred experience in agreement management.
  • Excellent academic pedigree, MBA Finance, CA, Legal Paralegal Background required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agreement management/bid management/presales experience.
