Project Execution Expert

The role of a Project Execution Expert is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of projects within the data center.

Job Description:

This position involves working on FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) roles, specifically for Data Center positions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), including proficiency in Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm systems, and Building Management Systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must have a foundational understanding of pre-commissioning and commissioning processes for Safety, Security, and BMS systems.

The role requires effective collaboration with stakeholders, including Project Management Consultants (PMC), customers, consultants, and other project team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive system knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Public Address Systems (PAS), Building Management Systems (BMS), Access Control Systems (ACS), and CCTV technologies.

Additionally, the candidate should be willing to travel and work within Maharashtra.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple tasks, delivering results in a timely manner, and possessing a robust background in Project Execution, Project Management, Installation, and Commissioning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in IBMS, including proficiency in Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm systems, and Building Management Systems.
  • Foundational understanding of pre-commissioning and commissioning processes for Safety, Security, and BMS systems.
  • Comprehensive system knowledge of FAS, PAS, BMS, ACS, and CCTV technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a timely manner.
