We seek a highly skilled and versatile Architect to contribute to our construction projects in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects at construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and manage architectural projects at construction sites with precision and efficiency.
- Evaluate, monitor, and expedite the production of GFC's, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Oversee the timely provision of GFC information and ensure prompt reviews are conducted accurately.
- Understand and enforce adherence to consultant contracts, guaranteeing obligations are fulfilled.
- Collaborate with the construction team to review method statements, logistics, and site coordination, ensuring clear communications.
- Review shop drawings, coordinating ahead of submittal to consultants, and clearly conveying comments received from consultants to subcontractors.
- Prepare detailed designs and drawings as required to expedite construction progress.
- Perform additional design-related tasks as necessary.
