Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to drive measurable ROI through the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across various digital channels.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.

Ad Creative Management:

  • Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for multiple clients.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CPA).

A/B Testing:

  • Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and funnels to maximize results.

Campaign Optimization:

  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.

Insight Generation:

  • Provide actionable insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).

Industry Staying Current:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies.

Analytics Skills:

  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.

Client Management:

  • Ability to manage multiple client campaigns with ownership and accountability.

Analytical Mindset:

  • Strong analytical mindset and ROI-driven approach.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO, automation, or email marketing is highly desirable.
Work Details

Location: Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai

Work Timing: Flexible 8-hour shift

Working Days: 6 days a week
