Team Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to manage the day-to-day planning and operations of their team. This involves ensuring each team member meets their Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieves their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong multitasking skills, able to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and support the growth and development of their team through regular coaching sessions and performance feedback.

This role is critical in delivering a superior customer experience, which is the core focus of our department. You will work closely with management to ensure seamless communication and resolve any operational issues that may arise.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also need to possess excellent leadership and people management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and able to think creatively to develop solutions to challenges.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of Team Leader experience in a customer support role within an outsourcing or similar environment
  • Proven experience managing a team of at least 10+ teammates
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Above-average technical know-how
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Capable of managing operations and people-related issues independently
