Marketing Associate

A Marketing Associate role is available for a motivated and ambitious professional to join our Partnerships and Alliances team.

This position offers excellent exposure to international tourism boards, attractions, and lifestyle brands, with ample opportunities for career growth.

The successful candidate will support the development and execution of impactful partner-led marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Creating persuasive and visually compelling proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Tracking destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Managing campaign tracking, analyzing results, and preparing performance reports.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development, preferably in the travel, OTA, hospitality, or digital agencies sector.

They should possess excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems, and familiarity with paid marketing basics are required. The ability to use AI tools for research, content, and reporting is also essential.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems.
