We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is hungry to grow, takes complete ownership of clients, and is passionate about scaling brands across platforms.

Role Overview

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other platforms.

You'll achieve client return on ad spend (ROAS), grow their brands, retain them with excellent service, and guide them with timely reporting and insights.

This is a remote role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns across various channels.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention.
  • Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals.
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • A high-ownership mindset.
  • Ability to guide clients strategically.
  • Respect for deadlines, processes, and others' time.
