Performance Marketing Specialist Role

As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for launching and scaling high-impact lead generation & e-commerce campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ROI-focused campaigns to drive measurable business growth across industries.

  • Ensure every rupee spent drives measurable growth.

Requirements:

  • Smart, experienced, and strong problem-solver who can think strategically and execute effectively.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Excel/Sheets.
  • AI-driven mindset – comfortable with AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance.
  • Creative + analytical balance – able to test, learn, and innovate quickly.

Bonus Skills:

  • Skills Conversion Tracking through Google Tag Manager.
  • WordPress website development & optimization.
  • Technical knowledge of landing pages, pixels, and tracking integrations.
