Key responsibilities include leading project areas in an engagement, monitoring various requests, and coordinating with teams to collate information. The ideal candidate should have around three to five years of experience in consolidation of financial statements as per IFRS.

The role involves working with the CFO's office of a private equity client, supporting corporate accounting including consolidation based on IFRS and statutory reporting. Domain skills required include understanding group structure, reviewing relevant consolidation adjustment entries, analyzing variances between actual and budgeted operating expenses, and reviewing results of transaction reconciliations.

Technical / Behavioral skills needed include good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power point; VBA programming knowledge is an added advantage. Good working knowledge of PowerBI and exposure to business software applications such as SAP or others are also required. Additionally, good written / verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills are essential.

Other requirements include having a valid passport and being willing to work from an office in Bangalore. Immediate joiners would be preferred.

  • Able to work effectively to meet client stakeholder expectations on a consistent basis
  • Taking ownership of tasks and working with clear focus to meet timelines based on SLA requirements
  1. Manage the activity dashboard with respect to various group activities (like journal postings, reconciliations, proofs)
  2. Constantly monitor various requests coming through different communication channels (mailboxes or team channels) to the team
  3. Monitor transactions interfaced between various ERPs (monthly closes) and fix/flag issues accordingly
  4. Coordinating with different teams to collate right information on a timely basis and communicating on a constant basis with client team on status of tasks being handled
  5. Review reconciliation results, regular reports, and ad-hoc requests (analysis/reports/workings) prepared by team on day-to-day basis and make sure they meet best quality standards
  6. Generating regular as well as ad-hoc analysis/reports based on client/team requests
