Key Job Title: Business Process Lead

The primary responsibility of a Business Process Lead is to oversee the daily operations of a call center, focusing on inbound, outbound, and customer support services. This role involves leading teams of supervisors, team leaders, and agents to meet performance metrics and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage call quality, customer satisfaction, and agent productivity to ensure optimal results.
  • Develop strategies to enhance first-call resolution (FCR) and reduce average handling time (AHT).
  • Implement training programs to improve communication and service delivery among team members.
  • Manage escalations and provide timely resolutions to customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align process requirements and expectations.
  • Prepare and share performance insights with management through MIS reports.

To achieve these goals, a Business Process Lead must create and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. This includes ensuring compliance with quality standards, data security protocols, and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in any field.
  • Minimum 4–8 years of experience in a call center or BPO environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in voice process management for domestic and international markets.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with call center technologies, dialers, and reporting tools.
