Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Global Accommodation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding international students in finding suitable accommodation.

You will lead conversion by engaging with inbound leads, navigating the booking process, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Your primary goal is to understand students' unique requirements and offer personalized accommodation recommendations.

In addition to your excellent communication skills, you should have strong active listening abilities and effective time management skills. Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques is essential for success in this role.
