Lead Talent Market Researcher

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director to spearhead our talent market research initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive search strategy to attract top talent and providing strategic guidance to executive leadership on high-impact technical talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a multi-channel search strategy to attract managerial and technical contributors, driving business growth through effective talent acquisition.
  • Partner with executive recruiters to build intellectual capital, stay up-to-date with market trends, and leverage competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Act as a career advisor to candidates, educating hiring managers about talent demographics and enhancing the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and contribute to talent reports, lead client update meetings, and deliver high-impact search recruitment research and talent mappings in key tech areas.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by monitoring trends and providing education on relevant industries and talent pools/profiles, ensuring a robust understanding of the market.
  • Support client update meetings with market-relevant content, engaging individuals in targeted companies, market mapping, and utilizing industry directories and other channels and sources.

Qualification Criteria:

  • 14+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation, leveraging data and intelligence to impact business decisions.
  • Quick learner with ability to craft effective search strategies within new tech and product domains, delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Superb communication skills and ability to engage senior executives, facilitating collaborative relationships and driving success.
