Job Description

As a Social Media Content Strategist, you will develop and execute content strategies across various platforms to engage service-based audiences.

  • Conceptualize and create high-quality content (video-first and static) that resonates with each platform's audience.
  • Manage end-to-end content calendars, tailored to specific channels.
  • Build and scale a creator and influencer ecosystem to amplify brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft messaging for key moments, such as product launches or customer feature releases.
  • Optimize content for reach, retention, saves, shares, and conversions.
  • Regularly analyze performance data to refine formats, frequency, and messaging.

  • Consistent growth in followers, reach, and engagement across key channels.
  • High-performing content formats with strong save/share ratios.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You should have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a content creator, social strategist, or hybrid role.
  • A solid understanding of content formats suitable for service-based brands.
  • The ability to conceptualize and execute brand stories visually and tonally.
  • Proven success in building social media growth from scratch or scaling existing channels.
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms, trends, and platform-native behaviors.
  • Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or user-generated content producers.
  • Great creative instincts and analytical thinking.
