Position Overview:

As a Content & Digital Media Specialist at Kreedo, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content and managing digital media initiatives that engage audiences, drive growth, and strengthen our brand. You will oversee content creation across multiple channels, implement SEO best practices, and lead video production efforts, ensuring all content aligns with Kreedo's voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Development:

Develop comprehensive content strategies tailored to different platforms (websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns) to improve audience engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation. Align content with company goals and customer insights.

Content Creation & Editing:

Create, curate, and edit high-quality written content such as blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, website copy, and marketing collateral. Ensure content is clear, concise, persuasive, and free from errors.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow Kreedo's social media presence across major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) by scheduling posts, responding to audience interactions, and analyzing engagement metrics to optimize performance.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics including keyword research, meta descriptions, backlinking strategies, and competitor analysis to enhance organic traffic to Kreedo's digital assets.

Video Production & Post-Production:

Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, tutorials, product launches, and brand storytelling. Utilize video editing software to deliver polished final products that resonate with target audiences.

Visual Storytelling:

Collaborate with design teams to create impactful visuals that complement content and strengthen storytelling. Ensure brand consistency in all digital assets.

Process Planning & Collaboration:

Lead and participate in content calendars, project timelines, and team brainstorming sessions to streamline content production workflows and meet deadlines effectively.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, SEO tools) to track content performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, SEO, and video production.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar and storytelling techniques.

Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and content management systems (CMS).

Deep understanding of SEO principles, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and Google Analytics.

Skilled in video production and editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt content strategies to changing trends.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred.

Nice to Have:

Experience in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.

Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.

Familiarity with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
