Job Title: Digital Content Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our company websites run smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage three company websites (WordPress) to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Create and publish content updates, such as ISO certifications and case studies, on our website.
  • Collaborate with HR to draft content, obtain approvals, and publish through a 'staging' site before making it live.
  • Prevent unauthorized plugin or theme updates to maintain security and stability.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies for new pages to improve search engine rankings.
  • Track and report monthly SEO performance metrics to measure success.
  • Design and schedule monthly social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to engage with our audience.
  • Share job openings when needed and coordinate with internal teams for content and approvals.
  • Design posters for job postings, events, and summits using Canva to enhance visual appeal.

Required Skills:

  • Fundamental understanding of WordPress platform.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles.
  • Social media management skills for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in Canva design software.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Multitasking and self-motivation to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CSE/ECE) or related field.
  • Graphic design and poster creation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and SEO tools.
