Job Title:
Talent Management SpecialistThis role involves spearheading strategic talent management initiatives to build a high-performing workforce. The successful candidate will design, execute, and govern initiatives that foster a culture of excellence.
- Strategic Talent Planning: Develop and implement a robust talent strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
- Succession Planning: Identify and develop high-potential talent for critical roles through well-structured succession planning processes.
- Competency & Capability Building: Manage the competency management framework to identify skills gaps and integrate them into performance and development cycles.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR analytics to identify talent groups, trends, risks, and opportunities for informed decision-making.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to align talent strategies with functional priorities.
- Leadership Development: Design and manage leadership interventions across levels to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
- Performance Management: Drive organization-wide implementation of performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and coaching.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7-8 years in talent management process design and execution.
- Qualification Background: MBA/PGPM (HR) or equivalent.
- Prior Experience: Proven experience in talent management processes, excellent service orientation, and interpersonal team skills.
