Job Overview:

  • Lead the team from front by visiting critical and high-value customers.
  • Develop strategies to achieve set collection targets for the region/state
  • Ensure adherence to policy and regulatory frameworks.
  • Liaise with external vendors including legal teams to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide timely feedback/updates on concerns impacting the organization financially or regulatory.

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve collection targets rolled out for the month, quarter, and year.
  • Contribute strategic input with a 6-month to 3-year visibility.
  • Effectively execute warrants/EPs and other legal remedies within timelines in a collaborative manner.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in collections and at least 2 years in a similar role.

Technical Competencies:

  • Knowledge of secured and unsecured business is essential.
  • Legal knowledge is an added advantage.

Personal Attributes:

  • Should possess human, analytical, and conceptual skills.
  • Managerial qualities are required.
  • Effective communication skills are necessary.
