About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive organizational growth by fostering a high-performance culture and implementing best-in-class HR practices.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's talent strategy, driving organizational effectiveness, and supporting business goals.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's business objectives, building and sustaining a strong employer brand, and overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition processes.

Talent Management and Development:
• Develop and implement talent development programs, including training, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Create and manage a robust performance management system to drive accountability and employee growth.

Employee Engagement and Culture:
• Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and act on feedback to address workplace concerns.

HR Policies and Compliance:
• Design and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employee benefits regulations, and workplace safety standards.
