We are seeking a seasoned Automation Specialist with strong foundational skills in programming, electrical engineering, and system optimization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in process automation and a background in manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC programming, preferably in Ladder Logic.
  • Configure HMI systems and SCADA networks.
  • Work with stepper motors, servo systems, and encoder programming.
  • Set parameters for VFDs and design control panels including panel wiring layouts.
  • Operate and troubleshoot pneumatic systems efficiently.
  • Select and integrate input devices (sensors, etc.) and output devices (actuators, motors, etc.).
  • Prepare accurate 2D electrical diagrams.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting to support smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of logic control, automation systems, and process automation.
  • Hands-on experience with SCADA, HMI, and PLC-based control systems.
  • Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability and efficiency.
  • Exposure to automation in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
