Automation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong foundations in programming, electrical design, and system troubleshooting.

About the Role

The Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing control systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability in automation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement control panels, including panel wiring layouts
  • Troubleshoot PLC programming and SCADA system configuration
  • Work with stepper motors, servo systems, and encoders programming
  • Configure and set parameters for VFDs
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting to support smooth operations
  • Develop and troubleshoot HMI programming

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of logic control, automation systems, and process automation
  • Hands-on experience with SCADA, HMI, and PLC-based control systems
  • Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and wiring diagrams
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability and efficiency
