About the Role:This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. This role offers a chance to take on multiple responsibilities, travel extensively, and play a key part in building one of India's leading brands.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual, ready to take on new challenges, persistent, diplomatic, and possess excellent networking skills. They should also be skilled negotiators, enjoy traveling, and have a positive attitude with the ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
This position involves taking a lead role in researching and identifying new business opportunities, negotiating with landlords, building and maintaining strong relationships, meeting prospective landlords regularly, and coordinating with the Projects team to assess site feasibility.

- Negotiate with landlords to secure the best deals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords
