We are seeking a seasoned tax expert to spearhead our taxation division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of statutory compliances, transfer pricing, and tax audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review tax returns, transfer pricing documentation, and statutory forms based on applicable provisions.
  • Conduct in-depth research and prepare appeals, submissions, and documentation for cases before tax authorities.
  • Assist senior professionals in representing cases before tax bodies.
  • Provide consultancy on tax implications for domestic and international transactions.
  • Advise on employee tax structures and incentives to ensure tax-efficient compensation planning.
  • Coordinate with international consultants to finalize tax returns as per local laws and analyze cross-border tax implications.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations while providing value-added tax advisory services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in taxation, compliance, and audit.
  • Proficient in income tax law, computation, tax audits, and transfer pricing.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and drafting abilities.
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA dropout with relevant experience.

  2. Deep understanding of income tax laws and transfer pricing regulations.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
