Job Title

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Content Developer to create high-quality training content for digital transformation and cybersecurity programs.

Your main responsibility will be to design and develop comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our clients and maintain our quality standards.

You will work closely with our team to translate complex technical topics into clear, concise, and engaging training materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Transformation Training Programs:
  • Create training programs in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and cloud computing that meet client needs and industry trends.
  • Training Materials Development:
  • Translate complex technical topics into clear, concise, and engaging training materials.
  • Content Management:
  • Maintain and update the repository of all created content.
  • Team Support:
  • Review content of other team members and freelance content developers.
Support Services:
  • Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal trainers and freelance trainers.
  • Facilitate client support activities by proper and timely communication of issues.
  • Support other trainers, including freelancers, to prepare them for assigned trainings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in a related field such as computer science, communications, or education.
  • Experience in content development, specifically in digital transformation and cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively.
