Senior Transformation Leader, F&A

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to spearhead our OTC transformation initiative. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business process improvements and operational efficiencies across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Lean Digital Transformation roadmap that addresses business problems/opportunities in the F&A domain (specifically in OTC) through methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering, and technology solutions such as Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.
  • Lead the delivery of digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects, collaborating with cross-functional global leads including digital delivery teams and client leadership.
  • Provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with program and strategic objectives.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement, productivity enhancement, and Bad Bench reduction across accounts.
  • Champion the implementation and adoption of standard Global Processes.
  • Support and deliver operational excellence and automation, implement best practices, drive efficiency, and standardization as approved by leads.
  • Deploy RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six sigma, COE projects to mitigate process issues and improve Operational efficiencies identified across towers.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certified Black Belt
  • Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the F&A domain, with a proven track record of leading transformations across sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Asset, Reconciliation etc.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology.
  • Experience in managing client discussions and driving large transformation programs.
  • Project Management skills – Strong Influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required.

  • F&A Domain – OTC
  • Client-facing consulting experience.
