About the Job
A highly skilled professional is needed to create content that translates complex Data, AI, GenAI, and Digital Transformation concepts into engaging stories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a wide range of content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website content, technical documentation, solution briefs, video scripts, emailers, and more.
- Create informative and engaging content on emerging trends and technologies in the Data, AI, and digital ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and SMEs to gather insights and validate content for accuracy.
- Support product marketing, sales enablement, and campaigns with high-quality content assets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments to ensure content relevance and thought leadership.
- Manage editorial calendars and maintain brand tone and consistency across all platforms.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience in technical writing, preferably in AI, Data Science, Cloud, or Digital Transformation domains.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI tools, Data platforms, Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), and digital strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in writing for developer audiences, business stakeholders, and enterprise customers.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple content deliverables with tight deadlines.
- Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace, Jira, Trello).
- Bonus: Experience working in a tech consulting, SaaS, or enterprise IT services environment.
