Strategic Digital Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Strategic Digital Growth Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in consulting, client coordination, communication, HTML, CSS, Salesforce, instructional design, technical writing, customer success, account management, and software development.

In this position, you will work with global customers to identify training needs and develop actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption. You will manage projects and initiatives concurrently and develop standards and guidelines for consistency in deliverables.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to customers. As a Strategic Digital Growth Specialist, you will consult on optimal digital adoption solutions using the Whatfix Product Ecosystem.

You will analyze and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage by end-users. A strong learning appetite to become an expert on Whatfix Products through Certification Programs is required.

Additionally, in-depth knowledge and proficiency in the Salesforce platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting, are necessary. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with an analytical mindset is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
