We are seeking an experienced Retention Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and exciting role for someone who wants to make a difference in user engagement and retention.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying at-risk users, developing strategies to save them, and implementing win-back campaigns to reactivate lapsed listeners.

Key Responsibilities

  • At-Risk User Intervention (Churn Prevention):">
    • ">
    • Work with the data team to leverage predictive models and analysis to identify listeners showing signs of disengagement or high risk of churning.">
    • Engage with at-risk users through surveys and interviews to uncover root causes of dissatisfaction, forming powerful hypotheses for campaigns.">
    • Develop and execute proactive, multi-channel campaigns triggered by at-risk behavior.">

  • Lapsed User Reactivation (Win-Back Strategy):">
    • ">
    • Own end-to-end strategy for bringing back churned subscribers, including segmenting users based on past listening behavior and time since churn.">
    • Craft compelling offers and hyper-personalized content to find perfect reason for listener to return.">
    • A/B test offers, messaging, and channels to build cost-effective methods for reactivating different user cohorts.">

  • Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration:">
    • ">
    • Owning and reporting on core KPIs for domain: Churn Rate, Save Rate, Reactivation Rate, and ROI of campaigns.">
    • Providing clear data and qualitative insights to Product and Content teams on why users are leaving, helping them prioritize roadmap features that address core churn drivers.">
    • Working closely with main lifecycle team to ensure seamless user experience.">

  • 4-7 years of focused experience in churn management, user reactivation, or save strategies, ideally within B2C subscription or mobile app business.">
  • Innovative problem-solver who thinks creatively and challenges assumptions.">
  • Experimenter's mindset with skills in designing and interpreting A/B tests.">
  • Genuine interest in music and audio to craft resonant and effective campaigns.">
