Agricultural Project Financing Specialist Role

Job Description

Candidates should possess self-motivation and high energy levels. A good understanding of local languages would be beneficial. To comprehend customer business models, appraise financials (basic knowledge) to identify suitable non-tariff barrier opportunities for working capital (fund-based/non-fund-based) & term loan facilities in the Agri, Food processing & MSME industries. Cross-selling liability and other third-party products is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • To collaborate with internal bank channels and develop open market sourcing through DMA's & CA's.
  • To engage with credit and risk functions, legal and technical teams, RCAD & GR/GTS teams for smooth customer onboarding.
  • Closely monitor accounts under management, ensuring timely perfection of security and other post-disbursement deferrals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have decent communication skills and a basic understanding of financials. Appraising financials to identify suitable non-tariff barrier opportunities requires analytical skills. Collaboration with internal bank channels and development of open market sourcing require effective communication skills.
