The company operates across multiple geographies and is known for delivering complex, capital-intensive projects at scale.Job DescriptionReporting to CEO you willLead the creation and management of a strong supplier network through farmer training, on boarding, and continuous engagement to ensure consistent and long-term feed stock availability.Oversee the selection, localisation, and deployment of post-harvest equipment (, balers, rakers), and manage warehouse operations to ensure safe, compliant storage of Agri-residue.Implement strict quality control protocols for feed stock and manage end-to-end logistics from farm collection to bio gas units, ensuring cost-effective and reliable delivery.Develop large-scale Agri-residue sourcing strategies to meet production targets while reducing operational costs through mechanisation, digital tools, and vendor performance management. Ensure adherence to HSE and sustainability standards, collaborate across departments, and drive continuous improvement by integrating market trends and technological advancements.The Successful ApplicantA successful SCM Head - Agri Residue should have:MBA in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.18+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership roles managing complex, high-volume Agri-residue sourcing operations.Experience implementing mechanisation and digital initiatives in agricultural or bio energy supply chains.Demonstrated success in supplier ecosystem development, feed stock quality management, and large-scale logistics optimisation.
