Retail Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail stores across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth while maintaining operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Operations: Ensure that all retail operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

  • Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and management staff, and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

  • Merchandise: Manage inventory levels, merchandise displays, and visual merchandising to ensure that the store looks attractive and appealing to customers.

  • Finance: Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other financial documents to ensure that the store is operating within budget and making a profit.



Requirements:





  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and other retail software applications.
