Job Description

Account Delivery Lead

The role involves overseeing the overall performance and governance of Statements of Work (SOWs) in partnership with our Vendor Account Managers. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations in accordance with SOW requirements and SLAs.

  • Identify and resolve service delivery issues promptly, implementing preventative measures as needed.
  • Ensure seamless transitions during set-up or expansion phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish necessary infrastructure for service providers, including technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources.
  • Provide exceptional people and process management, mentorship, and career development to team members, including managers and representatives, to achieve low attrition rates and high employee engagement.
  • Drive Operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains.
  • Flag and escalate business risks timely to clients.
  • Oversee the overall sales strategy of the business.
  • Maintain high-quality communication with clients for seamless process management.
Critical Skills and Qualifications

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 18 years of experience in contact center operations
  • Strong B2C/B2B sales experience
  • Digital marketing ads sales experience
  • Dynamic leader with experience and passion for managing large and diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment, able to deal with rapid change and ambiguity.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very strong level of English, both written and verbal.
  • University Graduate or above.
  • 8 years of people management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members and at least 2 years handling sales.
