About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our mechanical equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment;">
  3. Planning and coordination of maintenance activities;">
  4. Quality control and assurance;">
  5. Team leadership and mentoring;">
  6. Continuous improvement of processes and procedures;">
  7. Familiarity with safety practices in chemical plants;">
  8. Ability to troubleshoot and ensure minimum downtime;">
  9. Team handling and coordination with cross-functional departments;">
  10. Implementation of preventative maintenance schedules;">
  11. Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues;">
  12. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards;">
  13. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities;">
  14. Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for spares and materials;">
  15. Providing training and support to junior staff members;">
  16. Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing changes;">
  17. Leading and participating in root cause analysis investigations;">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;">
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (preferably in a chemical manufacturing industry);">
  • Hands-on experience in maintenance of rotary and static equipment;">
  • Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance;">
  • Familiarity with safety practices in chemical plants;">
  • Ability to troubleshoot and ensure minimum downtime;">
  • Team handling and coordination with cross-functional departments;">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;">
  • Adaptable and able to prioritize tasks effectively;">
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality;">
  • Familiarity with industrial automation systems;">
  • Able to lift up to 25 kg;">
  • Good knowledge of MS Office software;">
