Service Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer with extensive experience in providing high-quality service support for computer systems and large format printing solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Epson Large Format Printers and computer hardware/software systems, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Epson Large Format Printers (Technical, Textile, Photo) at customer locations to meet their specific needs.
  • Provide on-site troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of large format printers and computer systems (hardware and software) to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Diagnose printer faults, perform preventive maintenance, and resolve technical issues related to printing systems and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, software, networking issues for business customers to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Perform calibration, alignment, and test prints to ensure optimal printer performance and quality.
  • Maintain detailed service reports after each service visit, including issue diagnosis, resolution, and parts used to track progress and improve services.
  • Coordinate with technical support teams and Epson service engineers for complex troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and request replacements when needed to ensure prompt service delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to customers on proper usage and maintenance of printers and computer systems to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure timely service response and achieve defined service KPIs to meet customer expectations and company standards.
  • Support customer escalations and follow up to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on new printer models, software updates, and technical service procedures to remain current and competent in the field.
