Print Support Specialist

As a Print Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our print environment. This is an opportunity for a skilled IT professional with hands-on experience in desktop support to join our team and provide reliable and efficient IT services.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of printers, plotters, and printing from a mainframe. They will be responsible for managing and working on the printers, print servers, configurations, installations, validations, and troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of printers, plotters, and printing from a mainframe.
  • Manage print services on the server.
  • Patching activities on print servers and validations.
  • Leading vendor calls.
  • Health checks, weekly highlights, and monthly reports.
  • Handling p1, p2 tickets and handling MI's.
  • RCA.
  • Creating and reviewing SOPs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in desktop support.
  • Knowledge of printers, plotters, and printing from a mainframe.
  • Ability to manage and troubleshoot print issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
