Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Health Manager to lead our employee health and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the insurance industry or third-party administration, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent networking skills, and relationship management skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing existing client relationships and developing new business connections
  • Analyzing client portfolios and providing risk management consulting services
  • Conducting policy gap analysis, suggesting improved terms, and negotiating with insurers
  • Maintaining 100% client retention rates
  • Preparing proposals for client presentations and supporting roadshows
  • Fostering regular client engagement through quarterly/annual satisfaction surveys
  • Timely billing and invoicing of business
  • Cross-selling other non-employee benefits portfolios
  • Negotiating with risk insurance markets to secure optimal solutions for clients
  • E nsuring timely documentation and policy issuance according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Tracking renewals and sending timely reminders for premium payments
  • Providing continuous support to clients with claims-related queries

Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or TPA
  • Ability to effectively manage diverse client cultures

Max Experience: 10 years Compensation between 12 to 20 lacs INR (approximately $17,000 - $28,000 USD)
