Health Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Health Specialists to plan and deliver health awareness events in government medical colleges, district hospitals, and public institutions.

This role requires collaboration with State NHM departments, hospital administrators, and district health officials to build long-term partnerships that align our programs with state-level NCD and CVD priorities.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years' experience in public health, NGOs, CSR, hospitals, or development programmes, and demonstrated work with government health systems.

The specialist will be responsible for building and sustaining strong relationships with State NHM officials, District CMOs, and hospital administrators, managing permissions, approvals, and compliance for awareness programs, and representing us in state or district-level consultations, workshops, and meetings when needed.

The specialist will also coordinate with hospitals, corporates, and PSUs to host awareness events, literacy campaigns, and health camps, mobilise participants, manage logistics, and prepare event reports, outcome summaries, and documentation in formats used by NHM/state departments.

  • 5–7 years' experience in public health, NGOs, CSR, hospitals, or development programmes
  • Demonstrated work with government health systems (NHM, NCD Cells, Medical Colleges, District Hospitals)
  • Prior exposure to organising community health events, awareness campaigns, or patient engagement programs
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and coordination skills with ability to navigate government processes
  • Proficiency in local language for effective engagement with hospitals and communities
