Job Title:

HCM Functional Specialist

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned expert in Oracle Cloud HCM to drive effective system solutions. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of HR processes and ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules for optimized performance.
  • Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring seamless integration with HR teams.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business needs and document configurations for future reference.
  • Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Primary Modules: Payroll (US) combined with any combination of Time and Labour, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HR, Talent Management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Payroll with any module combination).
  • Expertise in lead RFP responses and collaboration with sales and technical teams to create comprehensive submissions that align with client needs and best practices.
  • Mapping business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and identifying functionality fit/gaps, providing actionable solutions.
  • Configuring Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs and documenting application setups.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving functional issues within HCM modules.
  • Conducting client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring presentations to highlight value and address client inquiries.
  • Collaborating with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions.
  • Testing and validating technical components, resolving issues as needed.
  • Supporting clients during test phases and resolving implementation-related issues.
  • Developing end-user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions.
  • Oversight of offshore project deliverables for Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, etc.
  • Leading demos and discussions with onshore teams and clients.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through effective collaboration with offshore and onshore teams.
  • Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience for Global Human Resources.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through design and implementation of HCM modules.
  • Conducting client workshops, configuration, and training sessions.
  • Experience in creating workflows, security, and OTBI reports.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies and experience with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams.
