Memory Compiler Design Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled memory compiler design expert to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing memory compilers and fast cache instances for next-generation cores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance and low-power circuit designs, including FinFET technologies and bitcell stability analysis.
  • Develop digital circuits for memory blocks like SRAM, register files, and caches.
  • Perform simulations and verification to ensure functionality and optimize for power, performance, area, timing, and yield.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of computer architecture and concepts.
  • Familiarity with SRAM architecture, critical path modeling, full cut analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations.
  • Experience in design verification, including sense amplifier analysis, self-time analysis, and marginality analysis.
  • Understanding of high-speed/low-power CMOS circuit design, clocking schemes, static logic circuits, and complex logic circuits.
  • Knowledge of power versus performance versus area trade-offs in typical CMOS design.
  • Proven experience as a lead designer for memory design projects, leading small teams of designers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
