We are seeking a visionary and strategic Human Resources leader to spearhead our talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving scalable growth while fostering a collaborative and values-driven work environment.
Talent Acquisition & Retention- Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs aligned with business expansion plans.
- Design and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Enhance onboarding processes to ensure seamless new hire integration and sustained engagement.
- Promote the organization's mission, values, and vision in daily HR practices.
- Develop initiatives to boost employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction.
- Facilitate team-building activities and programs that reinforce a strong company culture.
- Oversee core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations with tact and fairness.
- Support managers in implementing performance management processes (reviews, feedback, development plans).
- Help design and roll out learning and development programs to upskill employees.
- Identify leadership development opportunities to support internal promotion and succession planning.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose scalable solutions.
- Contribute to change management and organizational design as the organization evolves.
The successful candidate will have an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field, 5-8 years of HR experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role, a strong understanding of Indian compliance and ability to work with international teams, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be able to contribute to business headcount scaling smoothly without compromising cultural integrity, achieve high retention and employee engagement scores, make managers feel supported, and employees feel valued and heard, and implement efficient and growth-ready HR systems and policies.
