Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Operations Manager.

  • This role is ideal for individuals with more than 7 years of experience in BPO operations team handling, customer service, and people management.
About the Job
  • Finds solutions to disputes and disagreements between individuals or groups through effective conflict resolution skills.
  • Assigns tasks or responsibilities to others while maintaining accountability for the overall outcome through delegation.
  • Drives improvements through data insights, implements automation where possible, and ensures compliance with industry standards through process improvement.
  • Optimizes business processes and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve product or service quality through operational efficiency.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery through stakeholder management.
  • Coordinates with the WFM team on attendance, leave, unplanned shrinkage, forecasting, and staffing requirements through workforce management coordination.
  • Guides, supports, and motivates individuals or teams to achieve their goals and objectives through coaching/mentoring.
  • Organizes team engagement activities to promote a positive work environment through team engagement.
  • Breaks down simple problems, identifies potential solutions, and takes action to resolve the issue through problem solving.
  • Interprets data and communicates findings effectively to stakeholders through performance metrics & interpretation.
  • Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs to different audiences through effective communication.
  • Creates and delivers a compelling presentation, including organizing the presentation, designing visual aids, modulating voice, using body language, making eye contact, and demonstrating confidence through effective presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • More than 7 years of experience in BPO operations team handling, customer service, and people management.
  • Strong people management experience.
  • More than 3 years of team handling experience.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Demonstrates analytical skills.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills.
