
Reception Support Specialist

Job Description:
As a key member of our team, the Reception Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring a positive and productive experience for all guests and visitors. This includes welcoming individuals, directing them to the appropriate person or office, and providing basic information via phone, email, or in-person.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, screen, and forward as necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area with necessary stationery and materials.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure office security by adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
