Leadership Role

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee a team of customer service professionals and drive success in delivering exceptional services. With your expertise and strategic vision, you will be responsible for leading the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.

This role requires a strong ability to motivate and guide team members to excel in their roles. You will be responsible for managing project execution, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Additionally, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service associates and motivate them to achieve KPIs and targets.
  • Manage project execution and monitor KPIs.
  • Oversee effective resource allocation to meet productivity and quality metrics.
  • Document issues as needed and ensure adherence to policy and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment. Fluency in English is a must, and you should have excellent knowledge of G-suite applications. A graduate degree is preferred, and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a team lead is required.

You will be expected to perform ad-hoc data analysis, participate in process improvement initiatives, and validate operational processes and data inputs/outputs. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain high-quality work will be essential in this role.
