Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Category Manager to join our team. As a Senior Category Manager, you will be responsible for operational excellence across your set of cities.

This is an operations-heavy role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. You will also be expected to take charge of key central growth tracks for the category over time, focusing on projects such as improving quality and service excellence, offerings and innovation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will have a high ownership mindset and love operational excellence, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an ops-related/consulting/strategy role. You will work closely with strong leaders who are amongst the best in the country when it comes to operational excellence and consumer obsession.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operational excellence across your set of cities, including the selection and training of new partners and improving current partners' quality.
  • Taking charge of key central growth tracks for the category over time, focusing on projects such as improving quality and service excellence, offerings and innovation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Leveraging your leadership skills to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an ops-related/consulting/strategy role.
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects – the ability to influence and lead.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
