Job Opportunity: Senior Operations Lead

This role entails overseeing the management of merchandise and ensuring timely production.

  • Achieving sales targets, conversion goals, usability performance targets, and corporate objectives.
  • Leading teams to guarantee accurate turn-in processes, product information, and assortments.
  • Driving efficiency and quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing strategies to scale vendor-provided assets acquisition and product turn-in processes.
  • Improving turn-in processes through regular strategic reviews and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Managing inventory control and transfers between vendors and DCs.
  • Overseeing the item setup process and driving improvements for accuracy and customer experience.
  • Providing thought leadership on process efficiency initiatives, including publication, PIM, sample workflow management, and training.
  • Reviewing organizational structure to ensure headcount alignment with business growth.
About You

You should have:

  • Experience in item setup within e-commerce retail environments.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience, including at least 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude with web-based tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Action-oriented, organized, with ability to manage teams to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated resource workload and capacity management skills, as well as proven ability to manage multiple resources, priorities, and large volumes of business.
