Senior Media Operations Lead

This role is accountable for building a high-performing team through intentional talent strategies, focused on attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining talent.
The Senior Manager will support the retail media business by building and executing successful media campaigns aligned to client objectives. The role functionally owns end-to-end media execution and set up for all digital, display, social, and programmatic/RTB platforms.
- Planning, launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to drive the highest possible performance while effectively utilizing available inventory.
- Reconciling tracking between internal and third-party systems.
- Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Managing inventory forecasts and insights.
- Providing ad performance metrics and inventory optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development of effective media plans that align with client objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks to campaign success.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
