Senior Operations Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned Senior Operations Specialist to oversee and lead a team in the execution of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processes. This involves managing complex activities such as billing, collection, cash and bank reconciliation, fund and deal creation, invoice allocation, write-offs, and general ledger accounting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide the team in the performance of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks
  • Manage and execute complex processes including billing, collection, cash and bank reconciliation, Fund and deal creation, invoice allocation, write-offs, and GL accounting
  • Collaborate with the client team to resolve escalated issues in accordance with approved procedures
  • Timely communication of process updates to the team members
  • Monitor aged accounts receivable activities
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently
  • Prepare month end reports
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements
  • Guarantee accurate and timely month end close processing
  • Initiate and drive continuous process improvements
